Ms. Whistine Chai is a forensic psychologist with a deep focus on cyber deception, crime, and human-risk assessment. As a former Principal Psychologist in a Singapore law enforcement ministry, she brings over 18 years of applied experience in Singapore's public service security and social portfolios, where she led initiatives in scam psychology, cybercrime, and behavioural insights, along with research strategy and data-system development. Today, her work resides at the intersection of forensic psychology, behavioural risk intelligence, and AI, translating complex psychological science into assessments that are operationally actionable and institutionally defensible. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical and Forensic Psychology.

Dr. Tomasz Maszczyk brings over 20 years of applied expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science to ForenSights, anchoring the firm's analytical infrastructure in methods designed for high-stakes, real-world deployment. As an AI Scientist with a good foundation in psychology, he has successfully led more than 30 projects across government, industry, and academia in regions including Singapore, Australia, and Europe. At ForenSights, Tomasz effectively translates behavioral science principles into forensic-grade AI, ensuring that every analytical output is rigorous, auditable, and suited for the complex threat environments our clients face. He holds a PhD in Computer Science.

Mr. Thomas Pan is a cybersecurity industry veteran with over 15 years of experience across enterprise, government, and telecommunications sectors, supported by a background in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore. He has consistently served as the go-to-market lead for high-growth cybersecurity vendors — including Ixia, Proofpoint, and Vectra AI — effectively establishing and scaling their presence across the ASEAN region. Currently, he operates in a sales specialist role at Palo Alto Networks, where he utilizes his cybersecurity expertise to translate complex technologies into clear business value for buyers navigating an increasingly complex threat landscape. As an Advisor for Cybersecurity Go-to-Market at ForenSights, Thomas also contributes valuable market perspective and go-to-market strategy input to enhance the growth of ForenSights' behavioural risk intelligence offerings, which draws on principles from forensic psychology, independent of his role at Palo Alto Networks.
